I'm a problem solver.  I excel at helping individuals, groups and adversaries craft and execute solutions to complex problems.  This skill lead me to law school, and it has shaped my practice for the last 11 years.

The focus of my practice is collecting high dollar accounts for my clients.  I am able to identify sticking points in negotiations, and find unique solutions and points of compromise.  I have collected substantial sums for my clients, and in many cases, I have preserved the relationship between my clients and the debtor.

I have also had great success helping clients negotiate the federal bankruptcy process, structure solutions to their individual real estate law puzzles, and navigate various business law issues.
